Tokens and pricing

What a token is, how many tokens a crawl uses and when they are refunded.

There is no subscription. You buy tokens and spend them as you start crawls. The price is known before the scan starts: the page count is read from your sitemap for free; ≤500 pages 1 token, ≤2,000 pages 2 tokens, ≤5,000 pages 3 tokens, ≤10,000 pages 5 tokens, ≤25,000 pages 8 tokens, ≤50,000 pages 12 tokens (above 10,000 pages: verified sites only). If the site turns out smaller, the difference is refunded.

#Free preview

Once you verify your e-mail you get a free preview of the first 100 pages of any site you choose: health score, issue types and sample URLs. The full list, page details and exports are in the full report. Every verified account gets one preview, and at most one free preview is made for a domain, across all accounts (if a preview has been made for the domain, you start the full crawl with tokens). The preview crawls the first 100 pages of the site and uses no tokens. The report shows the health score, the number of pages crawled, the issue types and their counts, 3 sample URLs for each issue type and the site-wide findings; the full issue lists, the Pages tab and page details, Speed, History, Claude's review and the exports (HTML, Excel, CSV, to-do list .md) open in the full report. If the preview cannot be started or no pages can be crawled, your preview is given back.

#Tiers

You do not choose the page limit. When you select a site, our workers read robots.txt and the sitemap and work out the estimated page count for free (no pages are crawled, no tokens are used); the tier is set automatically from that number. The dashboard shows the result like this: “~1,240 URLs in the sitemap, 2 languages → 1 token”. The count is valid for 24 hours; “Count again” refreshes it.

≤2,0002YesYes
≤5,0003YesYes
≤10,0005YesYes
≤25,0008NoYes
≤50,00012NoYes
  • No sitemap was found; up to 500 pages are scanned (1 token).
  • On an unverified site the highest tier is 10,000 pages; a larger site stops at 10,000 pages. If you verify the site, it is crawled up to 50,000 pages.
  • If the site turns out smaller than estimated, the difference is refunded automatically based on the tier that the number of pages actually crawled fits into (“Tier difference refund”, shown in the token history).
  • If the site turns out larger than estimated, the crawl stops at the limit of the tier and the report says so; no extra charge is made.

Every crawl includes a PageSpeed measurement; there is no separate charge.

#Prices

Token packs are sold as 1, 10 and 30 tokens: 1 token $5, 10 tokens $40, 30 tokens $99. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Prices exclude tax and are shown in US dollars, or in Turkish lira for visitors in Turkey (the currency follows your location). Any applicable VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. Paddle takes the payments; Paddle also handles VAT and invoicing.

#When are tokens deducted, and when are they refunded?

  • Tokens are deducted as soon as a crawl starts. If your balance is not enough, the crawl does not start.
  • If a crawl ends with an error, the tokens are refunded automatically. A crawl that receives no progress from the worker for 2 minutes is also turned into an error and refunded.
  • If you cancel a crawl that is waiting in the queue, the tokens are refunded.
  • If you cancel a running crawl, the part crawled up to that point stays as a report; the tokens are not refunded.
  • If a crawl never starts because of a domain lock, the daily limit or an account requirement, no tokens are deducted.

Tokens are kept in your balance as a ledger: purchases, crawl spending and refunds appear in the transaction history on the Tokens page of the dashboard.
