Refund policy

We want you to be happy with SEO Rapor. If the tokens you bought do not suit you, we offer a simple refund.

Full refund within 14 days

For your unused tokens, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason.

Tokens already used

• Tokens already used in a scan are not refunded; a scan is a digital service and you receive the report right away.
• Tokens for scans that fail, or that you cancel before they start, are already refunded to your balance automatically.
• If the site turns out smaller than the estimated page count, the difference between tiers is refunded automatically.
• If you have used part of a package, you can request a refund for the unused part.

How to request a refund

Write to ozan@alatli.dev from the e-mail address you used when purchasing, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Include your order number if you have one. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. Once approved, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The refunded tokens are deducted from your account.
