Terms of use

SEO Rapor is provided by Alatlı Creative (Ozan Alatlı, sole proprietorship), Türkiye ("we"). By using the service or buying tokens, you accept the terms below.

1. The service

SEO Rapor scans the pages of the sites you add and presents the results as an SEO report. The report is for information only; we do not guarantee any ranking in search engines.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Site ownership and acceptable use

• You may scan publicly accessible sites. Verifying a site is not mandatory, but scans of unverified sites are slower and have a lower page limit. At the site owner's request, some domains may be excluded from scanning (AlatliSEO bot).
• You may not use the service to harm other people's sites, to put excessive load on them, or to bypass their security measures.
• If abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

4. Tokens, payment and refunds

• The scan price is tiered and known before the scan starts: the page count taken from the sitemap is free of charge; ≤500 pages 1 token · ≤2,000 pages 2 tokens · ≤5,000 pages 3 tokens · ≤10,000 pages 5 tokens · ≤25,000 pages 8 tokens · ≤50,000 pages 12 tokens (the highest tier is 10,000 pages for an unverified site and 50,000 pages for a verified site). If there is no sitemap, up to 500 pages are scanned (1 token). A scan that hits the limit is flagged in the report; if the site turns out smaller, the difference between tiers is refunded automatically.
• Every account with a verified e-mail address can get one free preview, once, of the first 100 pages of a site of its choice (health score, issue types and sample URLs; the full list, page details and exports are in the full report). At most one free preview is given per domain across all accounts; extra previews cannot be obtained with aliases of the same mailbox or with disposable e-mail addresses.
• Tokens are deducted when a scan starts. Tokens are refunded for scans that fail or are cancelled before they start; no refund is made for a scan that is stopped while running.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record; Paddle handles the order, the invoice and taxes (including VAT). Prices are shown excluding tax; tax is added at checkout.
• Tokens are delivered electronically and credited to your account immediately once the payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery.
• Refunds: unused tokens are refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. Tokens that have been used are not refunded (tokens for failed scans are already refunded automatically). Details: Refund policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The findings in the report are based on automated checks; you should make your own assessment before making any changes. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit.

6. Changes and contact

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkish law). Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
