Export formats
HTML, Excel, CSV and the to-do list (.md).
From the Export menu at the top right of the report page you can get the report in different formats. Exports belong to the crawl you are viewing.
| Name in the menu | File | Content |
|---|---|---|
| Open report | HTML | A single-file report; opens in a new tab. |
| Download HTML | .html | The same report, as a file. It can be sent by e-mail. |
| Excel | .xlsx | A multi-sheet workbook: Summary, Issues, Findings, Pages. If available, also Site-wide, Speed and Claude's review sheets. |
| CSV | .csv | Each row is a URL: status, redirect, depth, response time, title, meta description, H1, canonical, robots information and finding codes. Special characters open correctly in Excel. |
| To-do list | .md | A checkable task list sorted by severity. To give to an AI assistant. |
#Which one should you use?
- Showing the results to a client or team: HTML. It is a single file and needs nothing installed.
- Filtering, sorting and reviewing page by page: Excel or CSV.
- Having an AI assistant make the fixes: the to-do list (.md).
#HTML report
A standalone single file with the summary, the issues and their sample URLs. You can send it to your client or team by e-mail.
#Excel and CSV
For detailed work and filtering. Every per-page record is here; for example, a broken link coming from the menu appears as a single issue in the report, but in the CSV it is in the row of every affected page.
#To-do list (.md)
A task list in Markdown format; its structure and how to use it: Fixing with AI.
#Language
Exported reports are prepared in the language selected for your account (Turkish or English). Claude's review is written in the language that was active when the crawl was started; if you change the language later, the review of an older crawl stays in its original language.
