Every account gets one preview, and only one free preview is made per domain across all accounts; after that it is a full report (with tokens). The preview scans 100 pages and shows 3 sample URLs for each issue type.

A token is the unit you pay per scan. The price is known before the scan starts: the page count is read from your sitemap for free; ≤500 pages 1 token, ≤2,000 pages 2 tokens, ≤5,000 pages 3 tokens, ≤10,000 pages 5 tokens, ≤25,000 pages 8 tokens, ≤50,000 pages 12 tokens (above 10,000 pages: verified sites only). If the site turns out smaller, the difference is refunded. If a scan fails, the tokens go back to your balance; tokens never expire.

No. You can scan any public site. On a site you haven't verified the scan is gentler (2 requests/sec, up to 10,000 pages); if you verify ownership with DNS, a meta tag or a file, it opens up to 5 requests/sec and 50,000 pages. If you don't want your site scanned, you can block us using the steps on our crawler page.

You don't pick a page limit: when you enter the domain, the page count is read from your sitemap for free and the tier is chosen automatically (≤500 pages 1 token · ≤2,000 pages 2 tokens · ≤5,000 pages 3 tokens · ≤10,000 pages 5 tokens · ≤25,000 pages 8 tokens · ≤50,000 pages 12 tokens). No sitemap was found; up to 500 pages are scanned (1 token). On an unverified site the highest tier is 10,000 pages. If the site turns out larger, the scan stops at the limit and the report says so; if it turns out smaller, the difference is refunded.

To be gentle on your site we scan about 2 pages per second; a 500-page site finishes in roughly 4-5 minutes. You can follow progress in the dashboard and you get an e-mail when it is done.

Your account details and scan results are stored only to show you your report; they are not shared with third parties. Details are in the privacy policy. You can delete your sites and scans at any time.
